China Zirconium Limited (“CZL”), incorporated in Cayman Islands. It is a transnational enterprise headquartered in HongKong and was listed on main board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (Code: 0395) since 2002.It is the first and the only listed company in Asia which specialized in the manufacture and sale of zirconium chemical products. It is the investment holding company of the Group as described further below.

Yixing Xinxing Zirconium Company limited registered in Jiangsu, China. It is a Yixing-based enterprise specialized in manufacturing, trading and scientific research. Its main products include zirconium compounds, electrode materials for rechargeable battery (Nickel Hydroxide, Hydrogen-storage Alloy Powder and Lithium Cobalt Oxide), electronic ceramics and power energy etc. |
